Ingredients
Kiwi Strawberry Ice Cubes
  • 5 kiwis (peeled)
  • 1 cup water (divided)
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries (hulled, roughly chopped)
Directions
  • In the carafe of a blender, add the kiwis and 1/2 cup of water and blend until smooth. Divide the mixture evenly, between a large 2-inch by 2-inch square silicone ice cube tray, or any ice cube tray you have on hand, filling half way up the sides of the mold and freeze for 1 hour. Rinse the carafe of the blender.
  • Meanwhile, in the clean carafe of the blender, add the strawberries and remaining 1/2 cup of water and blend until smooth. Strain and pour the strawberry mixture on top of the frozen kiwi mixture dividing evenly between the ice cube tray, filling to the top of the mold, and freeze again for another hour until frozen.
  • Serve with vodka, rum, tequila, or soda water!
  • Tip: Once your ice cubes are frozen, transfer them to a zip top freezer bag so they stay fresh for longer! If the fruit isn't sweet enough add a little sugar!
